Accommodating staff. Anthony is our hero!!!! Ricardo a true embassador of this property. Spa was fantastic. This is an upscale hotel not a luxury resort. Rooms toward back of hotel very nice. All things said very nice. In a high traffic area with some road noise. Food at Rascals...on property was awesome. Great service staff here too.

This was the most wonderful spa retreat vacation I've ever taken in the USA. Ricardo and staff were the most gracious and respectful about correcting the one very small issue we had. There was a mixup with the room assignments--he connected us with the manager who gave us a free night. We also had a really life changing spa experience with the utmost care and attention given to each member of our party. There were fire pits all over that were lit just for us. We saw hot air balloons from the roof top and enjoyed restful sleep in beautiful rooms after our daily adventures. The only thing I wish we had done differently was to stay LONGER. Would definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

Absolutely awful. Just because it’s newly renovated don’t be fooled. Terrible customer service! This company is just all over the place. Canceled our hotel stay without any confirmation. Left us hanging. Never in my life ever had an issue like this before surprisingly the customer service they provided was disappointing . No compassion not even “sorry” for their screw ups. Had to find another hotel and thank god we did because the staffs are phenomenal and our hotel is SO much nicer than this one.

JOSSE was an EXCELLENT massage therapist. Very professional and attentive. The only reason I went to the spa was for the Sedona Butter Wrap.. She nailed it..The SPA was clean. The SPA didn't have many amenities but water and tea. They canceled my friend Massage and gave her some old lotion. The oils that were used during the wrap and massage were not available for sale. George the receptionist added 22% percent gratity to the bill and didn't give an option for us to give what we wanted as he rushed us to pay. When asked he said ..sorry that is the rule. I wish we knew the rule ahead of time... The SPA was overrated and over priced. I would visit Josse again but maybe not the SPA.
