It was at this place that I was introduced to Body & Brain and I have completely changed my life since! The Masters and Instructors sincerely care your growth and will do everything they can to help if you are willing. This is a great place to grow physically and mentally while also having fun!

The Sedona Meditation Center is my Happy Place. I've attended classes here for 8 months and I've never found more experienced and loving teachers anywhere. A Dahn Yoga day is a good day!

I cannot say enough positive things about Sedona Meditation Center, a must visit centre while in Sedona. Each and every person that I've interacted with there I felt a very special connection, amazing classes every time I left felt refreshed, enlightened and connected to myself.
