Julie is what I would refer to as a 360 degree lawyer. She excels at covering all aspects of a legal situation, and typically that means both pro and con. She is also exceptional at covering bases and not losing sight of details. She understands the law and the best available options, and presents them clearly and in a timely fashion. She is very responsive, and also straightforward with her recommendations. My observation is that she can be very diplomatic when that works and is appropriate, but if you need a strong advocate she can switch gears and get from 0 to 60 very quickly. I highly recommend Julie to anyone seeking the best in legal advice and representation. In fact, I'm taking my own advice and will turn to her again.

I never thought I would ever leave a positive review for an Attorney who filed suit against me. And I could tell that if I had not been upfront, and honest from the beginning, her Blade was well honed, ready to strike. Like Velvet Covered Steel, if she needed it, I knew she was ready to extract what she rightfully had coming for her Client. And if I was more experienced in the field of specialty that Ms. LaBenz practices, I'd probably be working for her. Patience, Integrity, Honesty, and Promise, all seem to be important to her, and that was evident in the way she treated me from the beginning. It's near impossible these days, to find an "Adversary" who treats you fairly. I may have given in to her demands, but I think we both won. Well done.
