Biddle's Pool, Spa, Patio

Landscaping approved in July.Did not begin work until Nov. Worked for 2 weeks. Almost paid 50% of Landscaping with 20% of work complete. Wanted advance payment without doing any work. A sub contractor said he was not paid by Biddle. In March hired others to complete the work. Work far superior to his, especially customer service. It seemed that Biddle's main focus was money after contract was signed. No customer concern, but appeared to be only concerned with himself . HOA took him off list of approved contractors.

Contract signed in May for in ground pool. Only half finished 9 months later. He excavated without a permit. we had to go to expensive arbitration. He took 4 months to begin applying for a permit. Poor communication. We had to hire other workers to finish project. Reported him to Register of contractors for payment request violations.

Poor communication throughout our entire pool construction process. Company walks away after last payment received. Does not care about final product and leaves customer to figure things out on their own in the end. Very disappointed. Service: Inground pool installation
