Wow, wow! Finally I found an amazing carpet, tile and furniture cleaner that is very aware of the importance of using non-toxic products; is willing to work hard until everything is cleaned perfectly the way I wanted it to be; is pleasant; charges what he said he would charge; and listen to this: Brian has lived in Arizona for many years but he still shows up on the right day and at the time we agreed upon. He cleaned and brightened my Indian rugs and also my silk area rugs without even blinking an eye. Everyone else has said, OH NO, I can't clean those. My grout in the kitchen finally matches what has been hiding under my laundry room rug. Also, my 15 year old white love seat looks almost new. Don't hesitate. Just call Brian. The owner went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. He was responsive and timely when we really needed help. If you have rentals that have been destroyed by guests, this is your go to company!!! Thank you Bryan!!

I called Roadrunner Tile and carpet cleaning because we moved into a home and the Tile needed cleaning. Brian was professional and friendly and did a fabulous job cleaning the Tile! He was very careful and did an amazing job! 5 STARS! Would definitely use again!
