Where to begin! As if we landed from another planet instead of Texas, the staff mainly Brian treated us like we were aliens. I walked in to ask for help on my car battery that had died and was jumped to start up again. We were there to make sure the battery was in good shape and able to make the trek back to Texas the next day. Brian was so uninformed as to how to test by battery but acted as if he did and told me my battery was NO GOOD He then proceeded to tell me he could not help me even if he did have a new battery for me because he didnt know how to change it and from then on made our whole situation his funny joke of the day. He gave me ZERO help and really was having such a great time at our expense. Very condescending and sarcastic. He actually even seemed a little high! Worst customer service at an O Reillys I have ever come across. Thx to the knowledgeable staff at Big O down the street, they tested my battery the right way and found NOTHING wrong with my car or battery. Management, please train employees on empathy and compassion and especially on auto parts!
