I used the Colostrum caps for several months, getting the product from a functional medicine provider; however, it's a better deal to get the product directly from the Sovereign Labs website with autoship. I was not pleased with the experience of managing my subscription. When I signed into my account, there was no record of my subscription or order history, so I couldn't skip my next order. I emailed customer service about the issue and asked that they cancel it entirely, which they did. They tried to tell me I ordered from my Amazon account, which I didn't - I have all the original order emails. It makes me very wary of the company and I will no longer be using their product.

Are the animals that give their colostrum sovereign? I'm guessing they are not... probably caged and forced to give the first milk, not to their babies, but to humans..w/o love, or kindness..
Forcing anything is never Sovereign.

I've written a prior positive review about this company. I'm leaving it in, because their product is good, but their customer service and management team consistently has challenges. I am currently researching the market for another one.
I've experienced problems with properly processing rewards which has needed to be reported to the BBB previously.
I've had problems with them sitting on orders and taking a couple of weeks to get them out when I was nearly out of the supplement.
And, although they used to send out free samples to increase their business, they no longer do this and refuse to make an exception even for a customer that has been with them for over 5 years and who has spent well over $5000 on their products. I wanted to send a free sample to an inmate I am in contact with and suspect he is immunocompromised (I am a Criminology major) , and I was unclear if I could get it through security due to a lack of response from the state and fairly vague food guidelines. I didn't want to spend $50 on a bag only to get it kicked by security.
How Sovereign has handled this is absurd. If the product was approved by security, I would have been purchasing the product for the foreseeable future for this person. And, the facility has well over 1000 inmates, which means other family members would have opted to buy the product as well if they could afford it.
Sovereign really needs to reevaluate their cost benefits. What a poor business strategy.

Love their overnight cleanse (last batch I purchased is working magic, previous ones werent as efficient) I would love to know more about this company, where they source their ingredients, etc (I hope they dont use ingredients from China) not much information on the internet.

I have been a long time customer of Sovereign Laboratories. The products are backed by science and research and are a great value to my long term health. This review is to compliment - Sheryl - in Customer Service. She followed through on two orders with just a few phones calls etc. No issue is too small for Sovereign Labs and Sheryl did a great job.
