Best people & best workout whether it be barre or cycle or yoga.... but there is so much more here than fitness. You’re treated with love & respect. We like each other & members get connected & socialize. I feel strong & accomplished when I leave a class. Everyone should try it out for a month.

I was looking for a gym where I could do cardio, strength training and yoga and not have to go to the big box gyms. Crazy thought right! Well I found what I was looking for at The Studio - Phoenix. It is not just a gym it is a place to center your soul. I can’t recommend The Studio enough if you are looking for an “outside the workout box” gym. Come and find out for yourself.

I love this Studio! I have never found a work out that I truly enjoyed until now. The positive energy motivates me to be the best version of my self. The instructors and fellow member are amazing! This studio challenges you physically while always reminding you to be mindful and kind to your self.
