My mom and I have come to True Hot Yoga for yearsit's a true sanctuary in Scottsdale and I always leave feeling energized and ready for whatever the day throws at me. For my mom's birthday this year I requested a private yoga class for her and her cousin. Patty, the owner, went way above and beyond to make sure the class was special and absolutely personalized for my mom - from the music, to inspirational quotes - and led a class that my mom just raved about all day. Great workout and and studio! Its definitely a hot yoga practice, pulling from bikram. Good, knowledgeable and friendly instructors and very kind owner. They definitely ensure you are taking ample breaks if need be, many people in class do, dont be scared to give hot yoga a try.
