I'm sad to say I think my time here has come to an end, but that's a good thing! I originally signed up because I wanted to lose some weight I have gained over the years before a trip I have coming up. Two months later and I'm down 35lbs. I've learned a lot about myself and eating habits through this program and have made some lifestyle changes. I'm very grateful for the staff who were all very helpful and kind though the process. (Wanted to also thank my friend with the reddish/maroon hair for always greeting me and being so kind but I'm horrible w names)

It was challenging in the beginning, but once you get through a couple weeks, you pretty much are set and the weight just comes off. If you stick to a plan, then you just try to get there every day is a challenge, but the results are so rewarding everyone, at red Mountain weight loss is so supportive, Ive been on several diet and this is the only one that truly works try it!

They offer 4 free fat burners. I paid for 4 & did a review & only got 1 fat burner shot. Then upon going I was told I had 2 left & then when I went back they said I don't have anymore. They're a rip off & over priced as it is. Let alone take away from a paying customer.

Horrible communication. Total rip off!! I do not know how this place has such a high star rating. After hearing about Red Mountain Weight Loss on KUPD I thought I would give it a shot. They measured and weighed me then put me in a room to watch a video. After discussing my goals the lady suggested a plan for me. The plan came with a prescription and I opted for the pills rather than weekly injections. The "plan" was basically cut ALL carbs out of my diet and don't eat any healthy fats including avocados. They give you NO information on what is in the pills you are taking and they tell you its their special patented ingredient. I was advised to keep exercise minimal as I would have no energy and feel lethargic from cutting out carbs. I feel ripped off. I paid over $300 for someone to tell me to cut out carbs and prescribe me a placebo pill that did not help at all. I was expecting much more than what I received. I expected weekly calls to see how my progress was going, but I received nothing, not even an email follow up. They took my money and I never heard back from them again. I followed the diet and directions to a T and after my placebo pills ran out I never received a call asking about my progress. After three months of starving myself I did manage to loose only 10 pounds. None of which I accredit to the pills or their plan. The only reason I lost any weight is because I was starving myself with their diet plan. If your looking to loose weight and are considering Red Mountain Weight Loss let me save you hundreds of dollars and tell you what they are going to tell you, cut out all carbs and all healthy fat and drink a lot of water and a vitamin B pill once a week. I cannot believe this place has such a high review rating. This does not work. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
