Please do not use this company. I rented a listing in Nevada and there were maintenance issues. I tried calling, emailing, even tried to reach them on Instagram- no response. The other reviewer correct, please beware. They take your money and do not care about the rest.

I went and booked on Homeaway a house. I got a confirmation email however I noticed that I only got charged the service fee. I called homeaway and they told me to call them. So I did, they told me that I wasn't booked since the "payment didnt go through on their end" but on homeaway it was reserved. So I tried reserving their through their website. Nope someone had just reserved it hours after I got cancelled and I couldn't do anything about it. Not only that but I called 10 times until eventually they answered. Never book with them.
