Ive been going to this clinic for 5 years or so. I saw a Doctor once. All the other times I was seen by a P.A. maybe that's the way the industry is headed. Apparently due to the new insurance guidelines you have to go here to do this, here to do that. Most working people really can't take that much time away from families and career to run all over town to get what it used to take an hour to do. It seems to be pretty much a referral office now. To bad, from now on I'll order my own tests and hit an E.R. or urgent care for my medical needs.

Very, very disappointing!! My wife and I have been patients of Dr Bottner for years and we've followed him to several locations over the years. The Mollen Clinic has never been a positive experience with regards to the front office. Poor communication, always over an hour wait to even get into room, it just goes on and on and today will be my final visit! My wife and I both confirmed my appointment at 9:30am and I was asked to show up a few minutes early, I arrived at 9:15. I was told that I could not be seen since my appointment was at 9:00? I explained I drove over an hour for the appointment, I was then told that they couldn't perform the testing I was visiting them to begin with? If you have nothing but time on your hands I'm sure you'll be fine.. Life is too short and time for me to find a new Primary Care Physician.
