Got my Covid Booster today. Had an appointment but got in early. Super nice people. Great care. Extremely professional yet kind and concerned about how I was doing. I'd definitely use Passport Healrh again.

I am warning everyone of the scandal of Passport Health. I utlized their service for PCR covid testing for travel in order to meet the 72 hour requirement. And given their advertisements, I thought a reputable service. I even asked the question" What if" test does not meet the criteria" Especially that I paid $500 usd in the form of cash. As a Canadian citizen for 2 tests. I was told by both the intake rep during booking and the Practitioner who administered the test this would not happen, and if it did they would reimburse or retest free of charge. Low and behold the airline rejected my covid negative test. Informing me the clinic tested me a day too early and rejected mu negative covid tests. I could not board the plane. As when I land, I would be over the 72 hours. I had to pay additional hotel fees and booking edit fees. And delayed a week for my travel. When I notified passport health, I requested a refund. And at the very least a retest to be eligible to fly. The Director informed me of because the clinic provided testing within 72 hours they met the criteria. Mean while though they calculated my depature dates, times plus arrival/ destination, this did not satisfy the airline. 72 hours would have expired. Passport Health stated They were not responsible of the airlines descion. Passport Health is out to rob you of your money charging $250 per individual test. And wicketly no compassion. Further no concerns with obtaining referrals. Note I had to pay another company $279 x 2 for testing. In total $1058 on covid testing. Do not trust or give your money to this company. Note their current rating of 3.1, I should have avoided. The specific location I am speaking of isocated 668 N 44th St Ste. 100W, Phoenix, AZ 85008, United States. As a Canadian visiting the USA, I am disgusted. 270 locations throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico with a 3.1 rating. Poor services all around. I have never experienced such fraudulent covid money grabbing.

I have been trying to get proof of my records that show I received the flu shot for over a week now. When you call no one wants to help and they are always having what sounds like a party. I would stay clear from this place if your a company. They will not help your clients when needing documentation of the shots.

Clinical Director RN Ms. V. Is “ using” Licensed CA/ Nurses and az nurses for nursing sites for M County, . It’s nice if you can work for free! Some nurses have to work! There are free sites to ask for help other than Indeed. It would be professional and upright to at least answer your 2 calls back from a Nurse who answered your email and wasted her time answering your private email, took your agency’s testing. Rudeness is never acceptable from a professional. Why were you asking for free help on Indeed? Oh, Glad I didn’t buy your requested blue uniforms ! Nurses are great people! What happened to you? Are you working for free? Never receding any PUA and now a Nurse who has to work is tricked to work for free and dumped. Some day Ms. V Clinical Director, You might need a nurse yourself. Will she work for free for you?
