I bought a monthly pass just to try out this location. It has been the most painful experience. The first time I used the Level 2 bed in room 10, the door hinge would not stay up - therefore trapping me in the bed. I had to push the hinge up and keep my hand on it in order to climb out of the bed. Quite scary. The second time, they put me in a Level 2 bed in room 12. The fan did not work!!! I knew how the buttons worked - they were just simply unresponsive. This is terrifying and I was sweating up a storm. I complained and they told me they’d fix it. The third time I came in, they told me the fixed the fan so I tried out that room again.... the fan button was STILL broken. The manager had to restart my bed in order for it to work. This is just terrible - and the manager has yet to compensate my troubles in any way. Really disappointed in this tanning service!
