        called to see if they're able to give estimates over the phone, and the lady asked if I'd like to make an appointment. I asked again if they're able to give estimates, and the lady asked if I need their address. I said "no, I know the address. are u able to give prices over the phone" the lady started giving me the address. after asking multiple times after, i told her i'd just be calling somewhere else and she said okay.
