Exceeded Expectations!  Was worried about a blockage and having vacuum problems.  Chris was fast and responsive. Turned out to be a 10 min simple fix. He spent more time coaching me on my pool valves than making the repair.  Last pool service I used wanted me to remain ignorant and dependent on them, but Chris set me up for success by making sure I was informed.  Now he is the only pool service I will use, highly recommend!!

We called Shark Attack Pools for a possible leak issue. Chris was certain he could identify the problem prior to us using an expensive leak detection service. Chris was at our house within several hours. He quickly detected the source of the problem, fixed it (it wasn't a leak), and gave us peace of mind at a time of great uncertainty. We could not be more impressed or happier with his service. His upfront, no-nonsense approach and better than expected pricing will have us calling him first for all of our future pool needs. Chris does a great job. I’ve been having issues keeping my chemicals balanced and Chris helped get it back on track. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a pool service.

I was one of the first customers of Shark Attack Pools and five years later I could not be happier. I recommend Chris and his team to all my friends and family. They do a great job cleaning the pool, tiles, and checking chemical levels to make sure they are safe for my three kids and two dogs. I find the pricing to be more than fair for the quality of service. In the past, I burned through a few pool companies because they came over, cleaned the pool for five minutes, dumped some chemicals in, and took off for the next spot. That is NOT the case with Shark Attack. They provide great weekly service, let me know of any issues (which is very rare), and offer cost effective solutions. I also like that I can pay them online with QuickBooks and there is no fee through my checking account. If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy, and friendly pool company, then look no further.
