We have been using ClickPoint for a year now. During the past few years we have used multiple softwares, and ClickPoint is definitely the best option. It is very user friendly, and we save a lot of time using it. Even training new people is very quick. Our internal support team gets a lot of tips and help from ClickPoint's project managers. They are always there for us. That is one of many things we really appreciate, because we would usually have to wait for days to get some help. We have used ClickPoint for over a year, and it has been a great tool for our sales team. We use it for its easy lead distribution and lead management features. We have a team of 20+ agents that use it to manage daily workload, track follow-ups, and compare performance with the rest of the team. I'd also like to add that the leader-board widget is a great team motivator. I can't speak highly enough about their support team.
