Best shoe repair I have ever had shoes always look new, repairs are seamless and really last. I have recommended to family and friends and they've have also been been very happy with the serviced and professional services.

BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHOES HERE! I brought my brand new pair of Christian Louboutin’s that I wore once to this shop and the man told me he works on Louboutin’s all the time so I trusted him. I scuffed up the heel and wanted him to fix the leather. He asked if I wanted the scuffs on the red bottom fixed too. The scuffs were very minimal since I had only worn them once but he said he could fix it so it looks like new so I agreed. When I came to pick up my shoes I saw he added a different material to the bottom and brought it up so high so that you could see it when the shoes were set on the ground. Not once did he mention the material would be different or that it would be a noticeable difference (see photos). I told him these shoes cost $960 and this was not acceptable so he said he would “fix it”. He kept my shoes for another week to “fix” and today when I went to go pick them up I noticed he painted the bottoms with a different color paint, the bottoms have brush strokes on it, and he got the red paint on the black leather of my shoes! (See photos) I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that look like a fake pair of Christian Louboutin’s that were painted at home. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. He does not care and said “nobody will notice” instead of being apologetic and doing what’s right and replacing what he has damaged.
