Went into send back an Amazon box, I had the label printed, I just needed to have the box taped up and he wanted to charge me $1.90 for that service. There should be signage if they are planning on charging Amazon customers. Complete racket and scam. Will not use this location ever again

I had a sticky problem with 4 international packages and Marcello got me sorted quickly and smoothly! Great service and super easy process.

They gave me a tracking number that didn't work, suspect the package was never sent, or stolen.

I went into this store a few weeks ago to drop off an Amazon return. It was in the box and my label was printed. But the box needed to be sealed. The guy helping then told me it would be a $1 not including tax for the piece of tape needed to close the box. I was floored. I’ve been to other UPS stores and was never charged. I asked why and he said it’s the owners policy. I felt bad for this guy because I could tell I wasn’t the first one to ask. I know this doesn’t seem like a lot of money but I can buy 6 rolls of packing tape on Amazon for $13. I own my own business and there are some expense that are just the cost of doing business. To the owner - you just lost my business because I do mail and pay for packages regularly. If you can’t afford tape for you customers, your business must be bad and I’m sorry about that. To Customers - it’s up to you I’d like to be nickeled and dined but I don’t think this is good customer service. I highly recommend the UPS Store on the NW corner of Shea and the 101. Everyone that works their is friendly and super helpful and they don’t charge for tape.
