Desert Sage Seminars

I have been a realtor for ten years. I wish I had found these guys sooner. I will use them for Continuing Education every time I need to renew going forward. Their courses are very reasonable in price, the customer service is amazing (A live friendly person actually answers the phone!) and the courses are very easy to navigate and informative. Their courses are simple, no videos, no audio, no gimmicks, no annoying timers on every screen and no tricks. Most courses that I have taken have 5 sections. Each section is timed to about 25 to 30 minutes but if you get done sooner you just wait before you get to the next section. There are 5 to 8 modules within each section. You do answer questions and quizzes before you finish each section. You have to get 100% of the quizzes (with 5 questions each) right but you can try again if you get some questions wrong. Then at the end of the course there is a test you need to take and get 80% minimum score. I only didn't score 80% in one course but they let me correct my mistakes and move on to complete the course. These must be requirements by ADRE but Desert Sage Seminars keeps it simple while staying within the requirements. I highly recommend these courses. I know I am a customer for life!

I LOVE the Cont Ed offered here at Desert Sage. Granted its all Zoom now BUT they don't skip a beat. The entire staff is amazing, the quality of the education is top-tier and they do not breeze through anything. It's all clearly explained, well managed from a time point of view and you'll learn alot more than simply what the addenda is. John in particular is fantastic! Thank you for keeping us all in line!! Crazy Business!

I've taken the Fair Housing course countless times over the years (in person and online). Up until now, those courses have been a real snooze fest with a lot of padding to satisfy the course time requirement. But yours kept my attention, and I learned quite a bit about the history of housing discrimination and why to this day we must work harder to prevent the mistakes of the past from happening in the future. There was a lot of interesting background presented that I never knew - especially the number of states who dragged their feet on approving Constitutional amendments that level the playing field and allow everyone who is qualified to obtain housing. Great job and kudos to you!

I have used Desert Sage Seminars a number of times over the years. The last 2 classes were Zoom classes. Whether on Zoom or in person, Jon is simply the best . . . he is knowledgeable and entertaining. Jon always keeps it interesting even on the most dry topics. No matter how long you have been in the business you will always walk away with something new. I highly recommend Desert Sage Seminars be your first choice when choosing you real estate continuing education.
