Desert Parks Vista Apartments

Can't thank the office ladies enough for being so accommodating and awesome to my family. We were new to the area and they made us feel so welcomed. Grounds are kept, management is great, and amazing location.

Outstanding staff !!! I toured here and fell in love with Joie, Tracy and Laura. Their commitment to service is nothing short of remarkable. Attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile, the staff transforms this property into a haven of comfort and convenience. I will be back and rent here !

"I strongly advise against living at Desert Parks Vista due to the unacceptable behavior of both staff and residents. During my residency, I encountered numerous issues with Melissa Klob, a staff member who consistently displayed rudeness and disrespect towards my family. She would become irate if my relatives socialized in the clubhouse, roll her eyes at them, and even brought her boyfriend and friends to intimidate them. Moreover, she repeatedly parked her car overnight outside the office, taking up public parking spaces while partying with other staff members on weekends. The office was poorly managed, operating more like a motel than a residential community, with constant police presence and fighting among residents. The environment was stressful, unpleasant, and unsafe. I cannot recommend Desert Parks Vista to anyone seeking a peaceful and respectful living environment."

I have toured so many apartments looking for my perfect next home. Joie gave me an experience like I have never had before. I felt excited, happy and so informed through the entire tour. I never once felt like I was just another person touring and she was just wanting to get me to rent at her property. She was so professional, fun and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my choices and never made me feel pressured to sign anything. She left me an open opportunity to really give myself the time to determine whats best for me, and based on my experience with Joie alone I would rent this apartment without question. The property was beautiful and well kept, and I am ready to run back and sign the papers! Ill be looking forward to seeing her anytime I need to go into the office, I might just go in and see her just because shes so great! 10/10 recommend touring these wonderful apartments!
