Eric is the advocate you want when buying. We purchased from out of town, and Eric was such a big help. Very few individuals are up for seeing 20 houses in 3 days, but Eric was a champ as we continued to add houses to our list of options. He was super communicative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I have nothing but great things to say about Eric, and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation.

Dwellings Realty and specifically Josh Roubal and his team were very professional and a joy to work with. There were a couple hurdles out of our control and Josh worked around them and was courteous and expedient. This was an out of state deal and we didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend this group and will use them in the future.
