For anyone in need of a Realtor in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale market, you will not find one better than Carmen Brodeur and her Trillium team! After working with Carmen for the past year, it is clear to us why she has been voted one of the Top 3 Realtors in Arizona for past 6 years. We conducted our entire home search, negotiations, contracting, escrow period and closing while living on the east coast. Carmen handled the entire process from beginning to end with skill, professionalism, and our best interests in mind. She invested the time to learn our likes and dislikes and worked closely with us while new properties came on the market. Virtually touring homes using technology was absolutely no obstacle. Carmens knowledge of individual homes, communities, and golf clubs was spectacular. She had some personal knowledge or experience with most homes that came on the market. She consistently pointed out considerations that could easily be missed while operating remotely such as sun exposure, views from different locations, proximity to cart paths and golf ball landing areas, privacy, location in the community, native plantings, etc. etc. There was no detail that Carmen overlooked which enabled our confidence and trust in her advice. Additionally, we were particularly interested in golf/country clubs and finding the right fit from several dimensions. Carmen had great insights and relationships at most of the golf clubs and shared valuable perspectives beyond what you could get from some of the membership representatives. We had not previously participated in a real estate transaction in Arizona and Carmen had a firm grasp on the process and once again consistently gave us full confidence that we were in good hands. She was always available when we needed her and presented herself with the utmost professionalism. She shared a point of view and/or insight when asked (or it was clearly needed) but also gave us the quiet space as necessary to think/discuss for ourselves.
