Shawn Shackelton again went above and beyond again! This is my third home transaction with Shawn Shackelton and she delivers 110% every time. The Sellers Homie agent was unresponsive, uninformed, and uneducable. Shawn did her job and, in many instances, the job of the Homie agent, to see this purchase through to close. (BTW the Homie agent appears to have cost the Seller another $4,000 in mixing up information during the sale.) Shawn was communicative, has resources for all you needs, and was always positive and upbeat. I highly recommend Shawn! She is a savvy agent and will look out for your interests.

Shawn did an amazing job through out my real estate transaction. We were dealing with a seller that was not the most responsive. Shawn did everything in her power to make this deal happen and also was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had along the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase real estate as she is amazing and her work is proof of that. Best realtor in the valley hands down.

Shawn does an excellent job navigating all the moving parts between the client, lender and title company. She understands how important it is to communicate all the details and timing to the client. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area, and would highly recommend her.
