Not only are Chad and Cara the most professional and knowledgeable realtors that I know. But they are now the only realtors I’ll ever use. Cara is a delight to work with and Chad is a master of negotiations. When I bought my house there were 4 other offer including cash, but thanks to the Dankberg’s I was able to walk away with the home.

Chad and Cara are the best! Hands down. I've purchased 2 homes and sold 1 over the last 5 years and my experience only gets better. Most recently, we had some bad luck searching for a house. We put an offer in on a house that failed an inspection and another offer in on a house that didn't appraise. That never stopped the tenacity and effort from Chad and Cara. They truly worked together as a team to find our perfect home. Cara found a house that wasn't even on the market through her extensive network and Chad made sure we were the first to see it.
