(I apologize for the overdue review.) Jeff is an amazing agent who helped me obtain my Scottsdale residence in this hectic housing market. I found Jeff in late November, as the previous AZ agents were not active as responding to my requests. At the start of my search I was living in Texas and was using an agent to help find a home in AZ. Being frustrated with the previous agents I flew from Texas and was determined to find a good agent that would help me write an offer on a home that week, as I already lost several homes due to lack of response from the previous agents. I literally started down a google list and found Jeff. He more than met my expectations!! He paid attention to detail as well as help me write competitive offers to win a home. Unfortunately, I did not win the first home and had to fly back to Texas within the week. Jeff kept the fire burning as there was no lack in his part as we were determined to find a home by the end of the year. He kept in touch with me everyday, ran searches, sent several in -person videos on the homes of interest, paid close attention to detail and made sure the process was smooth. We finally found a beautiful home in North Scottsdale with a priceless view. Honestly I do not think I would have won this house without Jeff as an agents character, and persistence also plays a part of winning besides the offer. Jeff you are truly an excellent agent, and the stars were aligned that day..lol Honestly if you are looking for an agent that will not drop the ball, pay attention to detail, Jeff is you guy!!! I would give him 100 stars if I can. I will definitely use you for my next property.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Jeff recently helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Given the state of the housing market we were very hesitant to wade in and begin our search. Fortunately we were able to locate a beautiful home that fit our needs perfectly that the owner was attempting to sell us directly. Being first time buyers we quickly found ourselves overwhelmed and lost, the sellers were on an EXTREMLY (1 month) short window to complete the sale and move out of state. With one call to Jeff he was able to swoop in and take control the of the situation on our end and move the entire process along without a single hiccup! Not only was Jeff able to quickly and efficiently move the sale along, but he was also able to recommend a different lender than we were using (Nova Home Loans), who were also instrumental in completing the sale with zero additional issues. We are truly grateful to Jeff and look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you Jeff, I will absolutely be telling anyone I encounter that is looking to buy or sell a home "I know a guy".

Grateful for Jeff. We moved from out of state and made multiple trips, seeing multiple homes. Jeff was excellent in his expertise and negotiated to the right price. We will use or recommend Jeff without hesitation.

My husband and I made the best decision in choosing Jeff as our real estate representative - absolutely no regrets. No signage, no open house, no lock box - no problem. Jeff went above and beyond the scope of industry norm. He spent countless hours driving to and from the house we were selling to personally present and show the home to other agents and potential buyers. He was present during inspection, appraisal, closing and actively participates in after sales support. His professionalism, work ethic, industry knowledge, marketing strategy, responsiveness, perceptiveness... all 2nd to none. You'll also find Jeff to be genuine, respectful, honest and a great listener. We are grateful for his patience during this stressful period. We will have no hesitation in having Jeff represent us in all of our future real estate transactions and, we wholeheartedly encourage buyers/sellers, in state/out of state to at least initiate contact with Jeff.
