Diane is the best Realtor I've ever used. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. She keeps track of all the little details so I don't have to. I felt she had my best interest in mind at all times. I used her for a house buying and now selling. She's great at communicating things to me so I'm never left wondering where I stand. I highly recommend you use her services; you won't regret it. UPDATE: My house sold in less than 3 weeks for $12,000 over asking! Her staging is amazing!

I can’t say enough about how much Diane helped us throughout the entire process- from listing our home, to the ins and outs of the closing process on the sale of our previous home, and purchase of our new home. My husband and I had been wanting to move for a couple years, but had put it off knowing it would be an incredibly stressful process. Diane certainly eased so much of the typical stress that comes along with moving. She was incredibly responsive to every single question- even the little details. And I asked a lot of questions. She made sure that we knew what was happening, constantly keeping us in the loop with all updates. Most importantly, she was 100% our advocate. She hustled to get our home sold, and it sold quicker than similar models in our neighborhood that were listed at the same time. On the other side, she helped us get the home that we really wanted, even when other offers were coming in. From listing to inspection, to appraisal to closing escrow, she was incredibly thorough, tenacious and insightful every step of the way.
