The new office in Scottsdale is so much more convenient for our family. The staff is ultra professional and makes us feel very comfortable, although a trying time for us and stressful. However, Dr. Borgaro provides a thoughtful and caring approach and spends time explaining every step to us in a way we can understand it. The extra time she spends helps us process what is happening in our lives. We highly recommend the Dr. and her team.

We recently brought my Mom in for a neuropsychology evaluation with Dr. Borgaro. She was extremely helpful, offering very useful recommendations and direction. Her office staff were great. Highly recommend.

Dr. Susan Borgaro comes off as a self righteous no it all. She almost refused to do my assessment because I was under the influence of medical marijuana. No other assessment ever denies you you’re right to medicine before assessment. This was her personal judgment and an education about marijuana and it’s used for post Trumatic stress disorder. At my consult appointment after doing my neuropsych assessment she treating me with disrespect when I told her her office door was walking from the outside. She told me nothing was wrong with the door and rudely pointed me to her office. She offered me nothing in writing about my psychological testing. I went in for memory problems and all assessments to come as a report and given to the patient. I had to call a month later and demand my assessment be mailed to me not my doctor. She was not helpful in explaining my concerns about my Trumatic brain injury, she is biased and clearly cannot give an adequate assessment of human brain functioning.
