Had a good experience with the psychiatrist at spark but whoever answers texts is quite unprofessional. I was texting in to see if I could get my records transferred to another doc because I was out of my medication completely for a couple days. I had asked my husband to call in and ask to transfer the records as well if I wasn't able to get a response and this person claimed that it's a 'no no' that by husband tried to contact them because they are 'not allowed to discuss our patients'. This was honestly so disrespectful especially when I'm already on edge trying to get things sorted for myself. I can't believe another adult would feel the need to phrase it like that and not communicate properly. How are you not allowed to discuss your patients!? Not give out details about the patient but literally just being asked to send record to another place.

Ok so I had my first appointment it was amazing the doc was all about cooperative planning and my feedback. I had an issue with medication over the weekend and was in a full blown panic I mean hyper fixating in a rage until it’s resolved type spiral just ugly and aweful…. The ceo Ralph himself looked into it and called me and listened to my feedback. The compassion and care this company has is outstanding. I won’t be switching providers any time soon because of this. Spark has my fulll confidence and trust after the care they extended I am absolutely blown away
