Preface: As of this review, the only other review, though positive, is from a one-review, one-line poster and we all know how trustworthy those are. As of right now, I am a 17-review poster and Level 4 Local Guide. Which one are you gonna believe? After running through my $2,000 retainer, even though the job wasn't done and I was willing to put out more money, they ghosted me, didn't refund me what remained of the retainer (If anything) and did not even so much as send me an invoice explaining what they spent that retainer on. I also didn't get back the original documents I gave them nor any final report. Avoid DIS at all costs. ACAB ETA: Just noticed DIS's response. Yes, "enfant terrible" is a pen name. What of it? Pen names are not uncommon here on Google reviews and there are a variety of legitimate reasons that an authentic reviewer might want to shield his identity, which is why the Supreme Court has recognized that anonymous speech is a constitutional right. Google _McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission_ . If any court in this land, however, has ruled that placing inauthentic reviews of establishments by owners of the selfsame establishments is a protected right, I am not aware of it (not that I'd ever accuse DIS of such a thing, perish the thought!) Further, I am not prejudiced against cops, I am postjudiced. If you, dear reader, had just been cheated out of $2,000 by a couple of sleazy ex-cops, you'd be a bit testy, also. Another five-star one-review poster popped up not long after this negative review was posted. As of this edit, the only review besides that is from a poster who has posted more than one review, but they're all five stars, filled with generic banalities, go into little detail and none are are longer than a few sentences. That's another dead giveaway. I have seen this happen before with with fly-by-night businesses like DIS (est. 2019; yes, I should have known better than to give them my money with them having no track record but was in a terrible situation and desperate.) Beware DIS. (Note: This review looks newer than the reviews I'm talking about because Google puts a new time on posts whenever they're opened and edited.)
