i work down the street and i order food every once in a while, i ordered online this time and i requested salt and vinegar chips, instead of them calling me to tell me they do not have the chips the driver went out of her way to go to a stop and pick up a family sized bag of salt and vinegar chips. I work in customer service, and let me tell you...that was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! kudos to them :) i shared my chips and everyone was happy :)

Went once and thought it was good so I thought I'd give them some return business and ordered a pizza tonight. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. I ordered their vegan veggie pizza AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! INEDIBLE! I called the store hoping I could get another pizza; seems reasonable for a business to offer standard service, right? WRONG! The guy on the line - purportedly a manager - pretended like he didn't hear me and then when I repeated myself and asked for another pizza, he refused. He essentially said "buyer beware." I don't know about you, BUT I DON'T SUPPORT BUSINESSES THAT DON'T PROVIDE BASIC, DECENT SERVICE! What kind of business doesn't guarantee satisfaction these days...?!
