Position Bike Fit Studio

Based on the price listed on the website for the bike fit, I took a day off and drove over two hours to get to the studio. On arriving and discussing the fit with Ken, I was told that the website was not accurate and that the cost was more than double what was listed. He stated that his wife kept telling him he needed to update the website, but he just never got around to it. At that point, I asked about just getting the cleat fit since that I could afford, and it seemed to be a big part of my riding discomfort. Well, Ken doesn't like the Speedplay pedals I use, so no cleat fit either. In the end, I requested a refund of what I paid for the cleat fit, which he provided, but I am still out the days wages and the cost of driving to Phoenix for the fit. It was fun talking with Ken as he has been in the bike industry for some time, but I cannot recommend the bike fit based on the cost and my experience. Also, Ken is very old school and not up to speed on all the changes happening with bike fitting (including moving cleats further back, shorter crank lengths, etc.) and isn't interested in working with certain brands (e.g., Speedplay). Therefore, I recommend you look for a fit elsewhere.

High quality bike fit. Very thorough in finding the root of my riding issue. Recommended quality and reasonable products to change my bikes fit. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a professional fit.

This was a great investment that I should have made years ago. Its not a bike shop, nobody will try to sell you anything. Ken just does a great job getting the rider in the best position possible.
