Highly recommend!! I thought I had pack rats, so I called Killum at the recommendation of a friend. Chris came out same day, assessed, determined I did not have an issue with rats, but noticed my dryer vent was a fire hazard, so he took out his ladder, cleared my vent, charged me nothing, and left with a smile. Fast, honest, helpful, and pleasant. Doesnt get better than that! I will definitely use Killum Scottsdale next time I need pest control service!

I cant say enough good things about the great service weve received from Killum Pest Control. Just this morning I called with an urgent issue, and Chris was able to be at our house minutes later. Over the 3 years or so that weve had Killum Pest Control come out, Chris and Ethan have been super responsive and helpful. Chris always does a wonderful job explaining things, and is very kind. Having a product that is nontoxic (when dry) for our dogs has always been of the utmost importance to us, which is another reason we love this service and the formula they use. I should have written this review years ago, but today I was reminded of why I recommend these guys to anyone looking for pest control services! Thank you, Chris and Ethan for the incredible service you provide- we are deeply grateful!

This has been an excellent company and service for what we needed. Chris is honest, reliable, and a person of his word which means a lot in a world like today. The prices are great as well especially with the way the economy is. He is very professional and we followed exactly what he told us to do to help him help us in our situation of roof rats. With his expertise and working together, has made this horrible and scary situation a very calming, sucessful, and great experience. Chris was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about our festation and explained his procedure every step of the way which also means so much to the consumer. He takes the time to spend with the customer. He went above and beyond and will use him and this company again if I need to and refer him to anyone I know that may need pest control. Chris has been our bug guy for 3 years, and is the absolute best. He is super informative and knows what he is doing. He uses the highest quality and potency sprays, and does super thorough job each month he is here. We always feel very taken care of by him, and trust in his work 100%. We recently had a termite issue and he came right away took care of the problem, educated us and we are confident in his work. He is extremely knowledgeable & trustworthy. 10/10 recommend!
