Bad place to buy a car, they will cheat you and sell you a over priced piece of junk, but what can you do if you made some credit mistakes. CAG takes full advantage of your situation. over priced cars, high interest rates and rude service. and to top it all off they put a device on the car so that if your late on the payment they lock the car down so you can't use it, of course they charge you for the device to do this.

Okay now its time to talk about it, my husband has been sold the BIGGEST LEMON CAR EVER. We went to trade a Honda for a newer Honda only to be pressured to buy a Malibu, now I understand why they were trying to get rid of this Malibu. 1 year after having this vehicle so many codes came up, these codes go back all the way back to the year of the car 2019. This company is selling Lemon Cars and they know it. They fix these cars enough so you are able to drive off their lot and have it for a year only to get millions of codes that come up after that. Its a slick and devious move so they have no responsibility to fix the vehicle given to you. I am a sickly woman and my husband works 25 minutes from the house, so to be con in such a disgusting manner is just absolutely cruel and evil. Whomever see this review I dont care how bad your credit is Due NOT BUY A CAR FROM CHAPMAN VALUE CENTER(ANY OF THE VALUE CENTERS), it is a complete ripoff. They will give you a ridiculous loan thats more than the car worth, they will give a car they know is a LEMON JUNK CAR, they will rob you blind. I wish we kept our 2009 Honda accord, Im so disappointed right now. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS WE ARE NOT LYING!!!!

I bought a used car from Chapman when I first moved to Vegas as I was desperate for a way to get to work. With my poor credit I was afraid to say No to the sales people when they pushed the extended warranty and gap insurance and the unnecessary add ons. When the car started breaking down I took it to Chapman for warranty but the deductible was $1000. I don't have a $1000 so here comes the Repo man. CAG pays a process server $300 to come to my house and serve mE lawsuit papers. Seems severe. I guess they wanna Own mE. The balance due was only about a thousand dollars. Maybe I just don't understand how the car finance system works these days. Now I have a lawsuit hangin over my head and when people check mE out online they see it but they pretend like they don't. Thats the American way. No tell. People like to keep information to themselves bcuz it makes them feel important. I know somethingU don't know
