        I highly recommend a new process for keeping your clients to a schedule. Once your 1st appointment is late by 45 minutes you just insulted the rest of your patients for the balance of the day. Personally waited 2 hours due to other customers being late.

        Just trying to set up an appointment to get an X-Ray directed cortisone injection was ridiculous. It seems they are very unorganized and aren't working off the "same page".

        You would think if they did not have an imaging tech on staff, they would call and cancel appointments that require an imaging tech instead, you show up and wait 10 minutes for someone to get out of the bathroom to tell you to go to a different location which does not have access to your appointment. And to top it all off being told there is a five minute wait and when you show up 12 minutes later, at the other location, there is a full waiting room.
