Absolute worst customer service. They blantantly I go ore your questions, don’t keep in touch, and don’t simply know how to apologize for mishaps, mistakes, or lack of communication. You would think it would be obvious to them on how to fix a communication issue when you flat out tell them you are unhappy with their delay in and lack of communication…. But nope they just continue to not respond or refuse offer an ounce of a true apology. To many headaches. I would not recommend them by any means.

Bill Evans is the best loan officer that I have ever worked with. I have done 7 mortgage loans over last 5years. the government has over complicated the process and you need the very best to make sure the mortgage process goes smooth.

The WORST promises unkept, no call backs in 2 days with a promise of one hour. They cherry pick what to work is my experience.
