I wish I could give this company negative stars. Im in the process of purchasing a home and they completely ignored my closing date. At this point we are 3 days past the set closing date, no conditions outstanding for days and all contacts from Franklin American are unable to be reached. Looks like we are going to be delayed yet another day due to.... ??? honestly, nobody can tell us why. They wont answer emails or phone calls, let alone give us an ETA. Wish I had time to go through another lender before Im homeless. I can only imagine the customer service Ill experience as a customer. I recommend you all avoid these guys like the plague!
