        My loan was transferred to PNC a few months ago, since then I submitted an application to refinance with them and it's been 2 months and they keep pushing back my closing date. I'm honestly considering changing to a different lender at this point.

        Location is probably fine but dealing with PNC as a company is an exercise in misery. Slow responses, impossible to access my online account, and could potentially cost me the purchase of a new home because they absolutely refuse to be helpful in any way. They are the worst mortgage servicer I have ever dealt with and I truly hope they go out of business.
