Dennis Salazar is really great to work with in selling and finding a home. We got top dollar for our home, and he was great at negotiating a fair price for the home we purchased. He is patient, quick to respond to questions (days, nights, weekends) throughout the whole process, and is knowledgable of all the different neighborhoods throughout the Phoenix area. He is professional and very personable at the same time. We are extremely happy with all he has done for us and recommend him to anyone in the buying and selling of their home. Once you meet him, you'll know what I mean.

With a tough housing market and bad economy you really need a realtor who is tougher. One who will bring out the punching bags if needed, who will fight tooth and nail to get you into the house of your dreams. Well I can say with utmost confidence and proof that Dennis has been there and done that for my family and so much more! We ended up getting out bid for the first house we wanted, however it was meant to be as we found an even better home that made the other one seem insignificant. Dennis walked me through the whole process and being there for me every step! When I felt like everything was going down Dennis helped me back up! I could never repay this man for everything he has done for my family and me personally! He isn't only tough he is so sophisticated and friendly that he makes you feel like family! If you have had bad reality like I have in the past and are skeptical about who to trust Dennis will show you the way it is supposed to be done.
