Since working with Michael from day one, he proved to be an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional agent. As a first time home buyer without much knowledge of the area, Michael guided us in the right direction time and time again. He frequently talked us out of properties that he knew didnt fit our main criteria. If we hadnt listened to him, we would have settled for less than we wanted, and his patience throughout the process was very much appreciated. As we started to get desperate due to the lack of inventory, Michael assured us that he would find a home within the next 30-60 days, and he did! In such a competitive market, Michael found us our dream home. It hit every item we were looking for, and we didnt have to compromise on anything. There were times where things felt impossible, but Michael over delivered in every way and managed to negotiate a great price. From the outset, Michael proved to be a very helpful and knowledgeable realtor. As out-of-state first time homebuyers in an incredibly competitive market, Michael helped us to navigate it with ease. He frequently checked in with us and made sure we knew we were a priority. Michael also made sure to stay up-to-date with what our criteria were for our homeof which we had quite a few! Michael was so aligned with our wishes that he even talked us out of a few properties on which, in hindsight, we really would have been settling out of pure desperation. Even when we buyers started to lose hope because inventory was low, Michael maintained his ever-positive attitude and said he could find us something we loved within 45 days. Michael helped us find our dream first home !! As first time home buyers, the stress of buying a home was already through the roof, to make matters more stressful, we were moving from out of state. Michael took the time to know us and what we wanted in a home. He was very friendly and professional. He reassured us that we would find the perfect home, and that he would not stop until we had found it. To put it straight, Michael went above and beyond for us. He worked tirelessly to help us find the right house for us. He went the extra mile for us countless times, I swear he had ran a marathon by closing. Using his experience and knowledge he made the process of buying a house very smooth. Michael was extremely responsive, and also made sure that we were in the loop with the other realtors as well. He was sure that we knew the competition so that we are able to make the right offer right away. Because we were unfamiliar with the area, and had no knowledge of the neighborhoods, Michael personally FaceTimed us through each listing, pointing out things that he wanted to know, he was extremely honest with the houses and gave us exceptional advice. Michael was very patient with us, he sent us daily listings, multiple times a day. We were even able to put an offer on our home before it was officially on the market.
