Embry Health Covid Testing (Chaparral Business Center)

Stay away from this place! When my results never came back, I called and they couldn't find anything in their records and told me to come back and get re-tested. No way was I going to go back to them again after all of this time was wasted waiting. They never did the testing yet BILLED MY INSURANCE and my insurance paid them! Totally unethical! I have called both Embry and my insurance with no resolution.

My husband and I both got tested...very efficient drive through experience and we got our PCR test results in less than 24 hours. Will gladly use them again.

What's the point of an appointment. Scheduled for 7:05am and there isn't anyone here yo do it. It's now 7:35am & still waiting for someone to show up to test. This is at the Downtown Phoenix location

My 13 year old daughter and I got tested at the same time. I got my results 2 days later but they lost her test. So now she has to go get retested. Ridiculous.
