Was a great medical practice.. now its too corporate and I feel bad for the Drs stuck under this corporation that seeks profit over patient care.. Since Optum has taken over I cant even believe the terrible treatment offered (should be reported).. disgusting!! after 10+ years there Im leaving!! Optum is terrible.. stay away!!!

Apparently they stopped taking my insurance, but instead of telling me a couple of months ago when this decision was made, they waited until the day before my appointment. I am getting treated for cancer and now have no primary care or specialist. It it going to take me 2 months to get a new specialist, which I could have been working on since the end of last year had any one bothered to notify me.

Called this place multiples times over the last 6 days. I would wait in line until I got to the first caller and would immediately get hung up on. Keep in mind this was after waiting 10-20 (at minimum) minutes on the phone to pay my dads medical bills. Horrible customer service, will not be coming here again.

I have been coming to this practice for many years.
Yesterday I received a call from this office informing me that they no longer accepted my insurance and that I could not be seen for my appointment today to see Dr Sibley.
Because I see Dr Sibley each month for a medication refill this put me in a terrible position.
I talked with the manager and was granted a visit if I paid a self pay of $185.00.
I arrived for my appointment today and was taken back. The Dr came to my examination room, opened the door and said
I cant see you
I informed him that I had gotten permission from the manager to see him.
He stated that he would call in my meds and Thats it!
He never even entered the room.
I paid $185.00 and was treated like a criminal.
DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!

Apparently there are a lot of new staff thats giving out wrong information. Made an appointment and was told to get labs ahead of time and there will be a standing lab order waiting for me. Arranged childcare, fasted, and showed up only to be told you can only get labs the day of your appointment. Theres only two doctors at the office and none were in on a Wednesday so they couldnt last minute order labs (why even open if theres no doctors)? A complete waste of time.
