Rude, impatient, money hungry scammers offering NO help with disability paperwork i needed filled out even with lab result proof and thousands spent on treatment and appointments where dr. Mitchell didnt even listen to the fact i wanted a new treatment plan for more herbal route he STILL had the medications on the treatment plan that I TOLD HIM I COULDNT TAKE another few hundred down the drain for nothing. WAY overpriced. THEY LIE while also accusing ME of lying. Also lied to me that some lab work was covered by insurance but failed to mention i was getting charged for the lab draw. Not helpful AT ALL for Lyme disease and Babesia just a huge list of supplements impossible to take that many pills. Also Told my daughter not to worry about her Lyme disease making her feel it wasnt even a legit diagnosis after i spent $650 on the lab work plus a few hundred more for a lyme treatment plan. Paid for ozone treatment in my nose and my ears are still flooded with fluid from the drainage over a month later and didnt help AT ALL. My daughter is small and I believe the IV treatment they gave her was too much on her organs because she ended up with more pain than before the visit. Oh best part told me it was ok to take antibiotics while working in the sunit almost killed me! No wonder REAL doctors are AGAINST natural doctors. Oh and Arlin smelled like an ashtraynot exactly a good look at the front desk for the more healthy route Dr. I got more help from the people on the facebook lyme support group.

I have never, ever in my life had a better experience with a healthcare facility, EVER. I will never step foot in an ER, Urgent care again. I came in last night with COVID. I walked in tears absolutely miserable and begging for care. They closed 20 minutes prior to me walking in and stayed 2.5 hours later without ever once portraying to be upset, annoyed, etc. I am so thankful for Sydney and Kodi both for the care and help they provided to me. The holistic approach truly is what has made me go from feeling like I will never get better to having the energy for the first time to get up, make breakfast, do some laundry, etc. During my time there Kodi sensed I was feeling a bit anxious which for me is not uncommon. She went in the back made me tea with special herbs that cured my anxious feelings almost instantaneously. Sydney grabbed me blanket and made sure I was comfortable. I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about these two ladies! I wish I asked for the front desk girls name because she was equally as amazing. You will never receive this care at a hospital or urgent care. I felt truly cared for and look forward to talking with them more about some other issues I would like to address with them regarding other areas of my health. I can't thank Nizhoni, Sydney and Kodi enough!!
