      image Terrible customer service experience. To start off, they answer the phone with no business introduction at all, simply "hello", and hello with an irritated tone to top it off . The experience went downhill from there and all i wanted to do was pay 2 invoices from my doctor. Amazing that what should have been such a simple transaction was so frustrating and unpleasant.
