This office seems to be too busy for the details. First, the picture and location listed is not where they are located. The building looks like flooring company. Second, the part that really got under my skin. I applied for a job, I got a call saying they thought I would be a good fit. When I got to the interview, I was told I was unqualified. So why did you call me, schedule an interview and have me take time out of my day just to finally read my resume and say oh nevermind. Then to top it off a few days later I get a call from the office manager asking for Eric. I said this is Steve. "Oh sorry, wrong number." I am not sure I would entrust them with much if they can't handle the little things in business. The interview was over before I even discussed organic social media, I am a level 7 Google review with 2.1 Million views with only 3400 reviews. It is not about the money you throw at your problem. Somethings in life can't be bought or fixed, regardless of how many ads you run or pay people to write reviews, if your bad, your bad. All my reviews are honest. I have nor will I ever take money for a review or to change my mind. It is what it is! Maybe the problem is not advertising, but it is within.
