We first met Chris and Rosalee Eles in their previous location about 12 years ago. Once you feel comfortable with a jeweler, you can be sure that you are well taken care of. We have always felt that the quality of work done by Chris is impeccable and if there are any changes to a custom design, Chris handles it with vision and professionalism. I get compliments on my ring weekly. I just had the opportunity to redesign my great aunt's ring. I brought it to Chris Eles and Crown Fine Jewelry for a my "forever" ring. I brought in an unusual time piece which I had bollixed up trying to replace a tiny battery. It was fixed in a heart beat at a small price by a gentleman whose name I regret not getting. Such an act is obviously indicative of a fine store with excellent customer relations a prime credo. Stop by and see what might be "in store" for you.

Chris & Rosalee care more about their customers than other jewelers in the area. They will go out of their way to get you exactly what you need, and are happy to educate people like myself who do not understand diamonds. I would highly recommend everyone I know looking for an engagement ring to stop here and give them a try. They found me a great diamond and ring at a price I could afford and myself - and my fiance! - could not be happier.

While on an AK cruise last week, I lost the diamond in my engagement ring. It was gone forever never to be found. I was heartbroken as I had that sweet stone for over 47 years and my husband and I selected the setting and the stone together in 1967. Over the years, my husband had offered to get me a ‘bigger and better’ stone but I always said that size diamond was perfect in 1967; it would remain perfect forever. Now it was gone. What makes this loss so devastating is the fact my husband, George, died in February and 5 months later I experienced another loss of him; my engagement diamond. Thankfully, I had the ring appraised two years ago at Crown Fine Jewelry. I went to Crown on Tuesday with my sole intent to ‘get an estimate’ and then go around to ‘get the best deal’ I could find. Both Rosalee and Chris looked at the ring and gave me an idea of how much to replace the stone and setting. I was about to thank them when I just had a ‘sense of my husband’s presence’ telling me to leave the ring with them! I felt a sense of peace and trust and left my ring with them to repair and replace the stone. I could sense they ‘got it’; that they understood how I lost more than a stone but another piece of my dear husband. Chris said it would take about a day, which astounded me. Well within 36 hours, I had my sweet wonderful perfectly lovely engagement ring back on my finger. Chris found a perfect match and after having this ring for 47 years and 45 years of marriage, I felt so much better. Did I get the ‘best price”???—In dollars I am not sure (but confident I got a fair price based on prior appraisal) and really do not care—there is no dollar value on trust and I put my trust in Crown Fine Jewelry and they delivered not only in product but in kind caring gesture to a woman who had suffered a horrid loss and they helped heal the wound with their personal touch and genuine sincerity. Whenever I have a jewelry need Crown Fine Jewelers is my choice and several of my friends already know of my experience as soon as I had ring back on was texting them a picture of my wonderful ring back on my finger.
