So glad we stopped and had dinner. Great food and service! Nice way to celebrate my birthday!

Segregation and discrimination against families is alive and well at this restaurant. Immediately upon arrival, the hostess sighed an exasperated sigh when she saw our party enter with 4 children (ages 8 and 11). When one of them bent down to look at the Easter display, she asked me to have her stop, rather than treat her like a human and ask her herself. While we were waiting for our appetizers, she came over and spoke to me, and asked if the kids would like coloring books so they would "stop being so noisy and disrupting the other guests". She further told me this is an adult only restaurant and that they have a "children policy". The website does not have ANY policies listed. I went up to the front desk to ask to speak to the Manger. The hostess said she was the manager. I asked her to show me the policy on the website, and her response was "we don't use the website anymore". I asked to speak to the owner. She says she is also the owner. This restaurant doesn't welcome children, yet they don't warn you about their "no children policy" until you arrive and order your meal and make you feel extremely unwelcome, not to mention that the kids are aware they aren't welcome in this restaurant. Further, they have an Easter egg display when you walk into this "no kid zone" and coloring books, which is extremely confusing. The hostess/manager/supposed owner was extremely rude and a complete lack of compassion or understanding for her responsibilities as a business manager and to post policies. If this truly is an adult establishment, then post your policies instead of being rude. The food was subpar. The decor was extremely outdated and cheap. A mixture of different garage sales must have decorated this restaurant, giving it a warm homey look, which is probably what the hostess/manager/"owner" was going for.
