Not only did the technician arrive on time, but he promptly and accurately diagnosed our need. That is what we expected. What we didn't expect, though, was how thorough and clearly he would communicate with us throughout the process to ensure that we understand and learn more about our pool system. So very thankful we were referred to Leak Squad!

Had them come out to look at our pool to determine where the leak was. We already were 99% sure we knew where it was. The determination was completed within 20 minutes. That cost us $334 dollars that DOES NOT get applied to the fixing of the leak. That will be another $1300.00 (estimate which we have not received yet). They also said the patch would be white and they would need to come out one more time (not sure for what) which would be another $334.Totally crazy!!!

Although I had a quiet few issues from day one all the way to the finish (which is pretty normal in contracting world specially when trying to find leaks that are few feet under ground) they did take care of every issue that came up and they totally stood behind their work. Had few unpleasant discussion with their owner/ operation manager but at the end of the day he did right by the customer and by his company. I have been dealing with contractors for over 20 years, and as long as the company resolve issues then they are a good company in my opinion. It is not realistic to expect perfect work with no hick ups or issues in any contract work or construction, but one should expect that any issues be resolved in a timely manner and reasonable solution and Leak Squad did just that. The job is 100% complete and all issues are resolved. Thank you!

Called 4 pool companies for recommendations and they all said leak squad. I was worried that the main drain was leaking but turns out it was just a couple of therapy jets. So glad I called. Problem solved. could not be happier. Thank you leak squad!!
