American Reliable Insurance Company

The shingle roof to our 2002 built manufactured home was the original roof. Back in 2016, due to a major storm, some of the shingles lifted and we had a small leak in our kitchen. After an adjusters inspection, this company had the audacity to pay us $900 to fix the one area of the roof. This company needs to be shut down for non-payment of claims. As of today, 3/2021, we received a letter of non-renewal.

I just can't make this company make any sense. I filed a claim during a hurricane because it was raining inside my home. They sent their adjuster to take a look. Several weeks later I get a denial letter. OK fine we just come up with the money and pay out of pocket. I never once called this company to even argue their decision. I assumed it would prove no good so I never bothered. Now its time for my renewal and they sent a letter of non renewal. They claim I'm a "risky" client. I didn't understand this being that there was a hurricane and my roof was damaged. I even offered to pay the cost of the adjuster to come out but they wouldn't accept it. Im a first time homeowner and it was always my dream to be a homeowner now I'm not so sure anymore. I totally understand Van, Camper and R.V. life more than ever now.

take your money but don't pay bought a appliance policy thru the adams agency thought i was covered my air conditioning went out denied my claim the policy isn't worth the paper its written on

My boat trailer tire was torn off on boat ramp. Bent axel, brake assembly, fender, and lost wheel in the water. Claim denied due to lack of mantainance. Just had $600 worth of preventive work done. I'm so glad this company baled out of Florida before I had something serious happened to my boat and trailer. I don't recommend this company for insurance.
