        I choose Jim back in '95 and was with him until ae moved back to Texas in 2010. And though we have had a great experience with USAA since 2010, State Farm was cheaper and Jim was just as professional and definitely more personal. Looks like we will be headed back to AZ this year, and I look forward to choosing Jim again for all of my insurance needs.

        I have been with State Farm for over 40 years. When we moved to AZ we found Jim Wurbel and Carolyn his right-hand assistant. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and knowledge. Carolyn seems to have all our records at her fingertips every time I call. It is a pleasure to call their office and get all taken care of, especially when a crisis occurs. 5 star service all the way!
